This project showcases a game that I've been developing in Godot from scratch since the start of the fall 2023 semester. You know how when you blow up a balloon and let it go it flies everywhere, thats the basic idea. You play as a balloon and use this difficult to control burst of speed to get through a series of platforms rising high into the sky. Inspired by games like "Getting Over It" and "Pogo Stuck" the controls are meant to be hard to get used to and the maps made to be easy to lose all your progress. Infuriating right!

2D fodian style platformer where you play as a balloon

Play as a cute little rock guy after he was violently erupted out of his home to return to the center of the volcano and become magma once more. This pyroclastic platformer will take you on a journey to the top of the mountain, into the magma tubes, magma chambers, and ultimatly, back to the start of it all, returning yourself to the rock cycle. All 3D models and animations were designed and devolped by me in Blender and the game itself is made in Unity. This is my first ever project using Unity so its been a great learning experience.
